The caller said they were calling from CSIS and were investigating a Reader's Digest Sweepstake fraud. They said my mother should have been the winner but the shysters were now under arrest. They told me not the discuss the case with local or provincial police or the RCMP in the event it might impede the case and that if I did I would be charged with obstruction of justice.
